Annual Spring Flea Market, Craft Show, Bake Sale & Basket Raffle

It is that time of year again! Time for the Annual (outdoor) Spring Flea Market, Bake Sale, Craft Show & Basket Raffle at Calvary UCC! It will take place on Saturday April 24, 2021 from 8am until 11am. Vendors may set up starting at 6:30am.  In case of inclement weather, the vendors will be moved indoors.

Common Questions and Answers:

Question: How much is a vendor space?

Answer: $12 each, please let us know how many you will need upon registering.

Question: I want to register to set up, but I do not have a computer or smart phone, what do I do?

Answer: Kindly call the church office (610-652-5023) and leave a detailed message with your name, phone number, and how many spaces you wish to reserve for the Fall Flea Market.

Question: When do I pay my space fee or send my check?

Answer: Please send no money now. We will collect the $12 per space fee when you arrive. Please make checks out to CALVARY UCC.

Question: What time can I set up?

Answer: We ask that vendors arrive no earlier than 6:30am to begin setting up.

Question: Am I allowed to bring a tent or umbrella to provide shade?

Answer: Yes, you may bring a pop-up tent or an umbrella, please ensure that they are secure incase the wind kicks up to avoid causing injury or damage to anyone or anything

Question: Are tables provided?

Answer: Please bring your own tables for this event as they will not be provided.

Question: Is there a deadline for registration?

Answer: We ask that all vendors respond by Thursday April 22nd.
